Woombye Happy Days Festival

Market Stallholder Attendee Terms and Conditions

By registering to attend the Woombye Happy Days Festival event, you agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Bump-in and Bump-out times:
    1. Bump-in time will be between 7am and 9:30am. All stall holders must be ready and operational by the start of the event at 10am.
    2. Bump-out time will begin once the event ends at 5pm. The site must be completed vacated and cleaned of rubbish/damaged goods etc by 6pm.
  2. Requirements:
    1. All stall holders must supply their own marquee unless a van, food truck etc that is self-sufficient.
    2. All stall holders are to have and use marquee weights.
    3. All required equipment must be provided by individual stall holders ie tables, chairs, payment options etc.
    4. Site sizes are 3 x 3 metres. All stall holder equipment, stock, belongings etc must be contained within this space.
    5. Stall holders MUST provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance by emailing it to woombyehappydays@gmail.com either 14 days prior to the event, or at the time of booking which date comes first.
  3. Safety and Security:
    1. Woombye Happy Days Festival will not be held accountable or liable for any damages, loss, harm or injury sustained by stall holder attendees during the event.
    2. Woombye Happy Days Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the festival who is selling products and/or services without the prior approval of the festival committee.
    3. All stall holders agree to conduct themselves in a safe and appropriate manner during the festival.
    4. Verbal or physical violence/aggression will not be tolerated at the festival. Any person/s in beach of this term will be expelled immediately.
    5. Some stalls are located on uneven ground. All precautions are to be taken to ensure safety of yourselves and your customers attending your stall area.     
  4. Privacy:
    1. When you register for the Woombye Happy Days Festival, we may use your contact information to provide important updates about the event, including schedules, session changes, and other key details. After the event, we may also contact you to request your feedback through a brief survey to help us improve future events and better serve our attendees.
    2. How We Use Your Information: Your contact details will be used to send event-related updates and the post-event survey.  Survey responses will be for reporting purposes and will only be used to enhance future event experiences.
    3. Your Rights: Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary.
  1. Photography and Videography:
    1. All stall holders consent to be included (where suitable) in official photographs and videos taken by event photographers and acknowledge that these assets may be used ay Woombye Happy Days Festival in post-event communications and promotional material.
  2. Exclusions of Liability:
    1. All Stall holders are responsible for their own person and property while attending the event. Woombye Happy Days Festival will not be held liable for loss or damages of any kind sustained during the event.
