Milo enjoys supporting the Woombye community and apart from being our President of the WCBA, he is also involved in many other local events and charities. He’s been a local resident for over a decade, and a retired nurse of 40+ years.
Vice President: Deb
Deb and her family have lived in the Sunshine Coast hinterland for over 30 years and the last 10 in Woombye. Deb enjoys supporting the Woombye community with grant applications and attending local events.
Secretary: Richard
Richard and his wife have been the owners of the iconic Thrill Hill water slide since 1981. He is passionate about Woombye and having a voice for our community.
Treasurer: Ange
Ange has a 30 year background in business finance and is a perfect fit with ‘checks & measures’ of our community funds.
Social Media: Daniella
Daniella has been operating our Social channels for a number of years. She shares online what the Woombye community has to offer, and more!
Volunteer Support: Michelle
Michelle loves the country atmosphere and handy shopping village of her home of Woombye. She exercises often on the numerous walking paths around the area, and also enjoys coffee in one of our trendy cafes.
Membership Officer: David
I moved to Woombye with my wife mid 2024 and have fallen in love with where we live! The people are so welcoming and friendly like no other place we have known. This lead me to joining the WCBA so I can help the people that have us settle into this community.
Bendigo Bank Liaison: Jill
Jill moved to her ‘forever home’ here in Woombye just over a decade ago. As a member of the BOD for Woombye & Districts Community Enterprises Ltd, she serves as a liaison between our local Bendigo Community Bank and WCBA.
