Hi, I'm Claire and it's my goal to help people feel empowered in their bodies.

I'm a Personal Trainer, Pilates and Barre instructor, Yoga teacher, and Pre and Post-natal coach, and I draw on these different modalities to help me meet people and their bodies where they're at in the moment.
